Purpose of this videoblog

Welcome to the Katrina Hurricane stories blog and videoblog.

The idea of this blog is to give an unedited voice to the survivors, and possibly others who have been connected to the recent hurricane Katrina in New Orleans and the Gulf coast of the US, by offering them a few minutes in front of the camera to say whatever they feel they need to say, free of media editing, slant, and interpretation.

It's my intention to just leave the footage raw in order to allow the viewer to make up his or her own mind about what actually happened in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

The opinions of those in the films are not necessarily shared by myself, although they might well be, of course...
